1. Introduction
EnterCom is a comprehensive smart complex transformation platform designed to transform traditional residential and commercial complexes into intelligent, integrated environments. Our services include access control and security management, parking lot management and vehicle tracking, smart home and IoT device integration, analytics and data insights, and other features as may be added. Our services comply with Israeli law, including the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security) 5777-2017, Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, and Electronic Communications Law 5768-2008. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. User Accounts & Service Model
EnterCom operates on a B2B model. Tech-UA provides the platform and technology to Facility Owners (complex management, HOA, property managers), who in turn provide access to their residents and users. Your access to the services is granted when the Facility Owner subscribes, adds your information to the system, and authorizes your access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, all activities under your account, ensuring your device is secure, and notifying the Facility Owner of any unauthorized use.
3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for personal or internal business purposes. You agree NOT to: violate any applicable law or regulation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data, interfere with or disrupt the services, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the services, share access credentials, transmit malware or harmful code, or use the services for competitive analysis.
4. Intellectual Property
The application and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers. This includes all software, text, images, video, audio, and design. All intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. We collect only data necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable privacy laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will operate without interruptions or errors, that third-party services will function properly, or that results will always be accurate. However, we will make reasonable efforts to fix issues within a reasonable time.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
8. YouTube API Services
Our services use YouTube API Services. By accessing or using EnterCom you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Information collected and used by Google in connection with the YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We use the YouTube API Services solely to upload and manage our own instructional content on our own channel; we do not use them to access, collect, or process your personal data.
