Data We Collect
We collect data necessary to provide our services. Required data includes: phone number for authentication, device information for technical support and security, usage and activity data for access management, and unique identifiers for authentication. Optional data (with your consent) includes: full name and email for enhanced experience, profile image for visual identification, biometric data (facial recognition) for advanced access methods, vehicle information for parking management, and location data for location-based features.
Purpose of Collection
We collect data to provide access control services, authenticate users, manage permissions, enable biometric authentication (with consent), monitor security, prevent fraud, improve functionality, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Biometric Data Notice
Facial recognition data is sensitive and requires your explicit consent. You can delete biometric data anytime in Settings or by contacting office@tech-ua.com.
Data Security
We use encryption, secure authentication, access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017 to protect your data.
Data Sharing
We share only when: required by law, with complex management for security purposes, with service providers under strict agreements, or with your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained while account is active. Activity logs: retained for 3 years for security audits. Biometric data: deleted immediately upon request. Legal requirements: retained up to 7 years per Israeli law.
YouTube API Services
EnterCom uses YouTube API Services to publish our own instructional videos to a YouTube channel we own and to display them inside the app's Help and FAQ screens. By using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Any data processed by Google through these services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information through the YouTube API, and we do not access any Google account data belonging to you. You can review and revoke EnterCom's access to your Google or YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can request deletion of any related data by contacting office@tech-ua.com.
Your Rights
Under Israeli and applicable international privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and control your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting your Facility Owner or by reaching out to us at office@tech-ua.com.
